TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to your use of ramiraw.com and any purchase of products or services from Rami Raw (“Rami Raw,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, booking a service, or enrolling in a recurring purchase plan, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Products and Services

Rami Raw offers prepared meals, meal-prep programs, food delivery, private-chef services, private dining experiences, catering, corporate dining, culinary experiences, event services, and related products and services.

Availability, menus, ingredients, pricing, portions, delivery areas, and service offerings may change without notice. Images are provided for presentation purposes, and actual products may vary.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of product availability, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, pricing errors, incorrect information, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, allergy, dietary, delivery, and event information.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, service charges, staffing expenses, travel costs, gratuities, and other charges may be added at checkout or included in a separate service agreement.

Full payment or a required deposit must be received by the stated deadline. Dates and services are not reserved until the required payment has been received.

  1. Prepared Food and Perishable Products

Because our meals and food products are fresh, perishable, made to order, or prepared for a specific customer, all sales are final except as expressly provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must refrigerate or freeze delivered food promptly and follow all storage, heating, handling, and use-by instructions. Rami Raw is not responsible for spoilage, illness, loss, or damage caused by improper storage, delayed refrigeration, unattended deliveries, incorrect reheating, or consumption after the recommended date.

  1. Allergies and Dietary Requests

Customers must disclose allergies and dietary restrictions before ordering or booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed requests, but our food may be prepared in facilities or kitchens where common allergens are present.

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact. Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies should not order unless suitability has been confirmed directly with Rami Raw. Customers remain responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual dietary and medical needs.

  1. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, access restrictions, incorrect information, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accessible delivery address and being available to receive the order. Once an order is delivered to the address provided, left according to customer instructions, or transferred to a third-party carrier, concierge, front desk, or authorized recipient, responsibility for the order passes to the customer.

Additional delivery attempts may require an additional fee. Failure to receive an order does not automatically qualify for a refund.

  1. Recurring Purchases and Subscriptions

Recurring meal plans and other purchase options continue according to the schedule selected at checkout until properly canceled, paused, or modified.

Customers must make changes before the deadline stated in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Charges processed before a cancellation becomes effective are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.

  1. Private-Chef, Catering and Event Services

Private-chef services, catering, events, venue services, staffing, rentals, travel, and custom menus may require a separate proposal, invoice, contract, minimum purchase, deposit, or final payment schedule.

Deposits and retainers reserve time, staffing, and resources and are nonrefundable unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Final guest counts, menu selections, dietary information, access details, and payments must be submitted by the applicable deadlines.

When a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement controls for that service.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, credits, replacements, rescheduling, and refund requests are governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, and any separate written event or service agreement.

We are not required to provide a refund because of personal preference, scheduling changes, incorrect customer information, failure to receive a delivery, failure to follow storage instructions, or dissatisfaction unrelated to an error by Rami Raw.

  1. Website Use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not interfere with the website, introduce harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, or misuse our intellectual property.

We may suspend or refuse service to any person who violates these Terms, threatens staff, engages in abusive conduct, commits fraud, or creates a safety concern.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, menus, recipes, branding, logos, graphics, videos, written materials, and other intellectual property belonging to Rami Raw may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

  1. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers, booking platforms, social media companies, and other third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, security, or actions of third-party services.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, exact delivery times, specific results, or that every error will be corrected.

Nothing on our website constitutes medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rami Raw will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost business, event disruption, or loss resulting from improper food storage or handling.

Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rami Raw and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our products or services, inaccurate information, or violation of another person’s rights.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the website or purchase of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
